Do I need an account?
No. Client flows are accountless. Existing booking details are shown only after verified email access.
Is a time request a booking?
No. A time request is sent for follow-up and does not confirm an appointment.
When is a direct booking confirmed?
A direct booking is confirmed only after payment succeeds and the backend confirms the booking status.
Can I change time myself?
Self-service rebooking is not decided for the MVP and is therefore not an active public action here.
